At Cozy Residence, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If that's not the case, we offer a straightforward 30-day return policy.

30-Day Return Window

You may return items within 30 days of the delivery date.

Return Conditions

  • Items must be unused, undamaged, and complete
  • Items must be returned in their original packaging
  • All original tags must be attached
  • No restocking fees apply

Exchanges

We accept exchanges within 30 days of the delivery date. If you would like to exchange an item, please contact our customer service team via email with your order number and we will be happy to assist you.

Return Shipping Costs

Defective, damaged, or incorrectly delivered items:

  • Return shipping costs are fully covered by us
  • We will provide a prepaid return label
  • In many cases, no return shipment is required
  • We will offer a free replacement or a full refund

Returns for personal reasons (e.g., change of mind, wrong selection):

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer
  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable

How to Return an Item

  1. Contact us – Reach out to our customer service team via email, providing your order number and reason for return.
  2. Pack your item – Pack the item carefully, preferably in its original packaging.
  3. Ship your return – Send the item back following the instructions provided after your return has been approved.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund:

  • Processing time: within 3 business days of receipt
  • Payment method: refunded to your original payment method
  • Currency: refunded in US Dollars (USD)

You will receive a confirmation email once your refund has been processed. Please note that depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take a few additional days for the amount to appear in your account.

Your Consumer Rights

Our 30-day return policy applies in addition to any applicable federal or state consumer rights you may have under U.S. law. Nothing in this policy limits your statutory rights as a consumer.
