My payment was declined. What should I do?
Please try placing your order again. If the issue persists, contact us via email — we'll help you complete your purchase successfully.
Can I receive an invoice?
Yes. Please email us with your order number and we'll send your invoice right away.
Orders & Delivery
How long does delivery take?
Order cut-off time: Daily at 12:00 a.m. (EST, GMT-05:00). Orders placed after this time will be processed the next business day.
Your order will be processed within 1–3 business days. Transit time is 7–9 business days. The total estimated delivery time is 8–12 business days from order date.

How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is always free at Cozy Residence — no minimum order required.

Can I choose a delivery date or time?
Unfortunately, this is not possible. Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with your tracking information.
What happens if I'm not home during delivery?
If you're not available at the time of delivery, your package will usually be delivered to your neighbor, or sent to a local pickup point. You'll receive a notification via email or a delivery note in your mailbox.
My delivery time has passed, but I haven't received my order.
Please check your order status on our Track Order page. If your order still hasn't arrived one week after the expected delivery date, please contact us by email.
Some items are missing from my order.
Don't worry — some products are shipped separately because they come from different warehouses. Missing items typically arrive 2–3 days later.
What about duties, taxes, and fees?
All applicable taxes are included in the price. No additional costs will be charged upon delivery.
Returns & Refunds
How can I return an item?
Please follow the instructions on our Returns & Refund Policy page. Our customer service team will be happy to guide you through the return process.
When will I receive my refund?
Once your return has been received and inspected, your refund will be issued within 3 business days to your original payment method.
Tracking & Shipping Updates
Where can I find my tracking number?
You'll receive your tracking code in your shipping confirmation email. Enter your order number and email address on our Track Order page to view your order status.
My tracking code shows no information.
Tracking updates appear once the package has been scanned by the shipping carrier. This may take 1–2 days after you receive your shipping confirmation.
I didn't receive a tracking email.
Please check your spam or junk folder first. If it's not there, contact us and we'll resend the tracking information to you.
Currencies & Prices
In which currency are prices displayed?
Prices are displayed in US Dollars (USD $).
Can I pay in a different currency?
All prices are displayed in USD and cannot be changed.
